These fillers fill in collagen in your skin and temporarily give you a smoother and more youthful appearance. We offer Juvederm and Radiesse at our practice. In our office all fillers are injected by Dr. Sharon Kshettry only.
JUVEDERM® injectable gel is a smooth gel filler that is injected under your skin to instantly smooth out those wrinkles or folds that look like parentheses along the side of your nose and mouth. Results are quick, and last nine months to one year.
Dr. Kshettry can plump your lips with Juvederm collagen whilst maintaining a natural look.
RADIESSE® is a safe, FDA-approved dermal filler that restores a natural, youthful look. Radiesse is injected into the skin through a simple, safe and minimally invasive procedure. Radiesse typically lasts 18 months to two years.
Both Juvederm and Radiesse have minimal side effects, which are limited to mild irritation, swelling, itching, bruising, or tenderness at the injection site. These side effects usually subside within a few days. Depending on your situation, you may only need one injection of either filler.
Although injectable dermal fillers can provide long-lasting results, neither filler is permanent.
